I offer coaching services to inspired, conscious individuals and groups that want to leap vibrantly more vibrantly into their passions and possibliities as Passioneers  (Passioneers®).  Ideal clients vary greatly in their demographics, yet share the common desire to live much larger, personally and professionally, with greater focus, confidence, balance, joy, vibrancy, and abundance.   They include college students and recent graduates, career transitioners, and new retirees who seek to thrive as they give back.    It’s my joy to support budding Passioneers as they pay it forward to others; check out some awesome client raves

A Commitment to You

My assumption is that, as a Passioneer, you already have, within yourself, more than you need to succeed on your own terms. That is, to do what you love AND have “the rest” follow, as you define it. I simply support you in moving through your biggest obstacles. My coaching style is ontological in that it blends “doing” and “being”: together with me, you will create and implement a powerful action plan for focus and commit to weekly wellbeing practices for balance. You’ll also learn how to handle the mental and emotional barriers on your path. Most importantly, you’ll have an experienced, objective coach supporting you throughout the process. Passioneer® CoachingPrograms

• PassionCasting Coaching Call (60 minutes). Using the simple, powerful tools of visioning and heartstorming, you’ll catch the highest and greatest vision for your life. A great choice if you are wondering what’s next in a particular area of your life, personally or professionally.

• Breakthrough Now! Coaching Call (60 minutes). The fastest, most powerful way to take a big step forward in your dreams. Share your dreams, your challenges, and move from stuck to unstuck with a few simple, practical tools. You can focus on your career, health, finances, focus, relationships or another topic that’s up for you.

• JumpStart Program (4 weeks). The very popular one-month coaching intensive, where you’ll create the awareness, confidence, game plan and tools to move forward powerfully towards your goals, regardless of your circumstances. Required before entering the Mastery Program.

Includes: Background exploration/research, a DISC behavior assessment (or a VIA Institute on Character survey & assessment), a 90-minute consultation and recommendation, two follow-up coaching sessions, unlimited emails and spot phone calls.

• Passioneer Summit Club  – Private Coaching (12 months).   The most customized coaching program, which includes 48 one-hour coaching sessions, a full day coaching intensive, and unlimited coaching blasts by phone, email, or text.   One participant per coach.

• In-Person Coaching Programs. I offer in-person coaching on a per-hour basis, plus travel and accommodations, including 1/2-day and full-day coaching intensives.   These sessions are a great way for you to dive deep into a particular topic or area of your life.  Hourly rates begin at $250. 

• Tele-Coaching Packages. You’ll receive package discounts on one-hour coaching sessions for 6-, 12-, 24-, and 48-session packages.  Please contact me to discuss further or  purchase sessions below:

Passioneer Business Coaching (via Powerleaps LLC)

• Brand YOU! Program (6 weeks). A high-energy, focused program to create and launch your Passioneering brand in the world. Together we’ll hone your branding and positioning, and prepare you to share them in the media, including radio and publications. Limited to Passioneers who have an existing business or non-profit venture that you want to take to the next level.

• Putting Passions into Action Series I (6 weeks). A very popular program for small groups, where you’ll focus on launching and marketing a product, program, or service about which you’re stuck or procrastinating. Tackle the top issues with successful Passioneering in an empowering, inspiring group format with an experienced, dedicated coach. Awareness, accountability, and action = a winning AAA combo!

• Passioneer Mastery Program (12 weeks). A core group coaching program by telephone. Includes the JumpStart Program, with special focus areas on visioning, new project/venture launches, leadership & success skills, work/play balance, and time management. Limited to 14 participants per program.

Other Passioneer Offerings

Passioneer Behavior Analysis. An industry standard personality test, The Extended DISC, provides you with insights and recommendations on enhancing your relationships with others, personally and professionally. A great tool for building powerful Passioneer teams or leading service projects. Available for individuals or groups/workshops. Includes a special analysis for entrepreneurs.
