Sue Zeal Oliver supports conscious, next-generation entrepreneurs and leaders (aka Passioneers®) in creating thriving pay-it-forward ventures that benefit the planet, animals, and humankind. She’s on a mission to prove that, when do what you love and give back, the rest DOES follow. Chief Passioneer of The Passions and Possibilities Network and radio show, Sue has founded several non-profits, including Make a Passion Possible, and currently runs Powerleaps LLC Coaching and Consulting. She has over 20 years’ experience in launching and coaching successful products, services, programs, teams, and individual careers in Fortune 100 firms, start-ups, and non-profits. Over the past three years, she’s been interviewing Passioneers around the globe for a popular blog and radio show, and is publishing her first book, The Essence of Passioneering. She holds an MBA in finance, an MA in consciousness studies, and is a licensed interfaith minister and ceremony officiate. Sue also pays it forward through animal rescue, fitness training, and volunteering for two non-profits that support budding Passioneers: Washington CASH and Washington Women’s Employment & Education.

Since childhood, Sue has had an open mind, heart, and arms for individuals and animals going through what she calls “ah hah!” and “oh-oh!” moments. With a strong belief in service, Sue has dedicated thousands of volunteer hours to the youth, elderly, animal rescue, churches, and hospices. Her undergraduate major from The University of Virginia was in French and her dream was to become a professor in Paris, although friends recommended a more lucrative career in business. So put her dream on a shelf, earned an MBA, and spent the next seventeen years launching multi-million dollar products and service programs at Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as technology start-ups. Along the way, she continued to tap into her passions for giving back and built an integrated foundation of mind/body/spirit skills by obtaining a ministerial degree, professional coach training, and fitness trainer certification.

In 2009, Sue launched Powerleaps Coaching and Consulting, which serves Passioneers who seek to thrive as they give back. Powerleaps’ full-spectrum programs combine Sue’s mind/body/spirit approach, rock-solid business skills and experience, and her premise that anyone can succeed and make a difference in the world. Through the power of coaching, Sue supports clients in moving through their self-imposed barriers and into releasing their infinite possibilities. Her ideal clients are career transitioners, college students and grads, and recent retirees who want to launch socially- or spiritually-conscious businesses or non-profit ventures. These clients share the common desire to live more vibrantly and leave an inspiring legacy.

Sue’s coaching specialties include passions and values definition, career transitioning, action plans, leadership & success skills, prosperity principles, authentic self-expression & communications, and work/life balance. Consulting specialties include new product & venture launches, marketing & branding, team-building, and strategic visioning. Sue has an extensive referral network of Passioneering service providers who offer complimentary services. She offers high-touch, personalized individual and group coaching, from one-month intensives to full-year programs. Her clients can tap into the vast wisdom and database of over 350 Passioneer connections, including an online community, stories, and mentorships. As an engaging, dynamic, and inspiring speaker, Sue is available for presentations to large or small audiences, including keynotes. She’s also a skilled group and meeting facilitator.
